The Panache Fabrication Process

Every custom build follows a collaborative, step-by-step process to ensure clarity, quality, and creativity at every stage.

Step 1: Consultation & Design Exploration

We begin with your inspiration, whether it’s a sketch, a mood board, or an interior layout. We'll discuss style preferences, materials, ceiling height, lighting goals, and more.

Step 2: Technical Planning

We create initial renderings or mock-ups, determine electrical specifications, assess material compatibility, and address site installation needs.

Step 3: Fabrication in Our Berkeley Studio

Our hands-on process involves metalwork, glasswork, assembly, and finishing—all done in-house to control quality from start to finish.

Step 4: Delivery & Optional Installation Support

Fixtures are tested, packaged securely and available for shipment or pick up. We also offer guidance for safe installation to your electrician

Step 5: Collaborative Design Integration

We work closely with your chosen design team to ensure each fixture complements your overall interior vision. This collaboration allows your lighting to seamlessly align with your space’s aesthetic, creating a cohesive and elevated design experience.
